Salary and Working Hours
- Base Salary: £38,625 with potential on-target earnings of up to £55,000 (including London Weighting Allowance, if applicable).
- Guaranteed Overtime: Option to increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Your Role
As a Mobile Mechanic in our Service, Maintenance, and Repair division, you will:
- Provide expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers in various locations.
- Deliver first-class service without the constraints of a traditional garage.
- Enjoy independence and flexibility in your work environment.

Who We’re Looking For
You are someone who:
- Connects with people and represents the organization with pride.
- Enjoys variety in daily tasks, including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Thinks on your feet and makes informed decisions for each customer.
Requirements
- Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician with a range of light vehicles.
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
