Therapist / OT / SaLT - Park House School, Tram House School, Sixth Form & Post-19
We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic, creative and passionate Therapist / OT / SaLT to join our dedicated and supportive team across Park House School, Tram House School, Sixth Form & Post-19. The role involves supporting autistic children and young adults with complex communication, sensory and learning needs, helping them develop skills, confidence and independence for the future.
The successful candidate:
- Relevant Therapy / OT / SaLT degree or professional qualification
- Registration with the relevant professional body (HCPC / RCOT / MRCSLT where applicable)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong assessment, planning and organisational skills
- Knowledge of health, education and social care policies relating to autistic children and young people with additional needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A creative, flexible and learner-centred approach
- Passion for supporting autistic learners to achieve meaningful outcomes and opportunities for the future
