The Chelsea Psychology Clinic (TCPC) is a leading private mental health clinic in Central London, offering a calm, discreet and beautifully designed environment for our clients. Our multidisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists and allied health professionals work collaboratively to provide high-quality, evidence-based care across the lifespan.
As our clinic continues to grow, we are seeking to expand our team to meet increasing demand and support the diverse needs of our client community.
HCPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist
We are seeking qualified clinicians to join our growing team. We have a particular interest in clinicians with experience in couples therapy .
This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our Child & Family and/or Adult Pathway on a part-time associate basis, with evening, Saturday and Friday daytime slots available. We welcome applications from clinicians looking to build or expand their private practice within a supportive, established clinic setting.
Salary:
Competitive hourly rates (depending on experience)
Hours:
Part-time.
This post is particularly suited to clinicians with availability on evenings and/or Saturdays . We do however also have daytime slots available.
Please note: availability is required on a regular weekly basis.
Annual Leave:
As a self-employed clinician, there is no statutory holiday pay. If you are interested in one of our employed roles, you will be entitled to 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays (pro rata).

Supervision, CPD opportunities, supportive administrative team. If you join us as an employee, you will also be entitled to private health insurance and pension contributions upon successful passing of your probation.
Contract:
Associate (self-employed) or Employed options available. These can be discussed further at interview.

Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist, you will provide specialist psychological services to children, young people and families, and/or adult clients at TCPC. Responsibilities include:
Conducting psychological assessments and developing collaborative formulations.
Delivering evidence-based psychological interventions tailored to individual client needs.
Providing individual therapy and, where appropriate, couples work.
Working sensitively with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varied psychological presentations.
Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with professional standards.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking psychologists with experience in NHS and/or private mental health settings. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
Experience working with children, adolescents and/or adults.
Confidence managing complex presentations and/or neurodevelopmental conditions.
Training in couples therapy modalities is particularly welcomed , alongside experience in other evidence-based approaches such as Schema Therapy, DBT or EMDR
Strong clinical judgement, professionalism and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Availability to commit to regular weekly clinics (evening and Saturday availability particularly welcomed).
