Coffee Shop Supervisor

Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Coffee Shop Supervisor to join our team working at GOGGS, London SW1A 2HQ.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the shift, ensuring the team is motivated and provides excellent customer service. You will be training staff, assisting the Coffee Shop Manager with managerial tasks alongside all other front-of-house daily duties.

To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

A day in the life of a Coffee Shop Supervisor:
- Ensure the team is motivated and provides a service focused environment
- Assist the Store Manager with stock control and ordering, staff rotas, and shift patterns, alongside training and coaching your team.
- Ensure cleaning schedules are in place and followed by staff in order to maintain high standards
- Greets customers and provides a welcoming and friendly store environment
- Prepares ingredients and delivers exceptional quality sandwiches in a timely manner
- Demonstrates a real understanding of the menu items and can explain it to customers in an enthusiastic manner – is able to train new starters
- Cash management, giving change, recording orders, cashing up
- Food handling and preparation according to the brand formula
You will be set up for success if you have:
- Been resident in the UK for the past 3 years and have a legal right to work
- The ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
- Experience in a coffee shop environment with an innovative manner.
The ability to work under pressure and manage a high-volume workload.
