Afternoon Nanny, Job ID J1E61E
This lovely family based in Wandsworth, London, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their toddler and school-aged child. The role includes all general nanny duties, such as assisting with school pick-ups, engaging the children in fun and age-appropriate activities, and preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to their needs. The ideal candidate will be caring, reliable, and energetic, with a genuine passion for working with children. A valid First Aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: 3 days flexible - from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
Duties include:
- Picking the children up from school and transporting them to and from after-school activities, playdates, or appointments
- Bathing the children and maintaining proper hygiene
- Ensuring the children’s safety, well-being, and overall development
- Engaging the children in interactive play, educational activities, and outdoor outings such as visits to the park
- Encouraging early literacy by reading books and promoting a love for learning
- Providing homework assistance and supporting the children’s educational growth
- Establishing and maintaining consistent daily routines to promote structure and stability
- Keeping the children’s bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
- Preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children’s needs
