Pay Rate: £90–£95 per day (based on experience)

TeacherActive is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants for roles across various primary and secondary schools. We're seeking individuals who have already gained at least 6 months of experience working in education and are ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Working one-on-one and in small groups to support student learning
Assisting pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
Contributing to a positive, nurturing classroom environment
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience working in an educational setting (essential)
A proactive, flexible approach to supporting students and teachers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for helping children thrive
