Key Details
- Salary: £32,588 per annum
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Holiday: 33 days (including bank holidays) plus an additional personal day
- Closing Date: ASAP
The Work
- Deliver excellent member experience through service and standards
- Support the Gym Manager in bringing in new joiners through outreach and events
- Lead and develop a team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors
- Provide ongoing training and career growth opportunities
- Manage and improve group exercise offerings within the gym
- Create a great work environment for both staff and members
What You Need
- Level 2 qualification in gym instructing and group exercise experience
- Passion for fitness and wellbeing
- Ability to help team members reach their best potential
- Desire to drive results with resilience, confidence, and integrity
Desirable
- Experience in a management role
- First aid qualification
