Customer Team Member
Location: 10/15 Station Parade , Hornchurch, RM12 5AB
Pay: 13.85 per hour including London allowance
Contract: 16 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (5:30am store opening), afternoons, late evenings (11pm store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Role will also include working in our in-store bakery

As a Customer Team Member, youll be part of a friendly team thats dedicated to helping our customers. Well look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

What you'll do
- Friendly and thoughtful service youll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, working in our in-store bakery and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience
- Work together to make everyone's day better supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
- Make sure the store safe and legal keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be
- Help introduce new products and services make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together
- Support your local community get involved in all kinds of activities and events!
