About the role:
The Clinical Physiology team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and skilled Non-Invasive Cardiac Physiologist to join our team in Woolwich/Eltham. This is a full-time position starting on 27th August 2024, with a competitive hourly rate of £25 – £35. The role is initially for a duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and departmental needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will conduct non-invasive cardiac diagnostics, including ECGs, Holter monitoring, and stress tests. They will analyse and interpret diagnostic results to assist in patient care. Additionally, they will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality cardiac care, maintain accurate and detailed patient records, and ensure all procedures are performed in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Essential:
- IBHRE / BHRS accreditation (desirable).
- Relevant qualifications and registration as a Cardiac Physiologist.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in non-invasive cardiac physiology.
- Desirable:
- Experience in invasive cardiac procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
