Lock Service Engineer (Locksmith)

At Banham we specialise in providing high-quality locksmith and security solutions to residential & commercial clients. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a experienced Lock Service Engineers to join our professional team.

As a Lock Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Banham and Non Banham products, including traditional locks, digital/keyless entry systems, door closers, safes, and access control units. 

This is an integral role to our business and customers, delivering both an emergency service for physical security products and undertaking small product installations

What can you bring to Banham?

Your experience in a similar role will enable to you to:

• Attend customer sites to diagnose and resolve lock and security-related issues
• Install and upgrade locking systems
• Cut and program keys where required
• Perform routine maintenance and security audits
• Provide excellent customer service and security advice

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a locksmith or lock service engineer
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electronic locking systems
• Full UK driving licence (or equivalent)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

NB - Successful candidates must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check at offer stage.
