Reporting to: QSHE Director
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive QSHE Advisor to support the delivery of Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental standards across our commercial and critical environments portfolio.
Working closely with operational teams, you'll promote a positive safety culture, ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures, conduct audits and investigations, and drive continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct site audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
Maintain QSHE records, logbooks and documentation.
Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
Deliver toolbox talks, training and safety briefings.
Support compliance with health & safety legislation and ISO management systems.
Monitor QSHE performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Promote a positive safety culture across all levels of the business.
Provide practical QSHE guidance and support to operational teams.
About You
Experience in a QSHE, Health & Safety or HSE Advisor role.
Background within Facilities Management, Building Services or Engineering.
Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and compliance requirements.
Experience conducting audits and incident investigations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
NEBOSH General Certificate.
IOSH Membership or equivalent.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
