With Aramark, the official culinary partner of AFC Wimbledon, you'll be part of the team that creates exceptional culinary experiences for every event. As a Casual Chef, you'll take ownership of your section of the kitchen, delivering high-quality dishes and supporting a team that thrives on precision, creativity, and energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your designated kitchen section, ensuring dishes are produced and presented to the highest standard
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu execution and special requests
• Maintain organisation, cleanliness, and efficiency in your section
• Mentor and support junior team members where required
• Consistently adhere to food safety and hygiene procedures

• Proven experience in a busy kitchen, ideally in professional catering, hospitality, or event environment
• Expertise in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain consistency and quality under pressure
• A genuine passion for food and a commitment to culinary excellence
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
