Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee queries and issues promptly and professionally.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Performance Management: Assist in performance review processes and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR practices adhere to relevant labor laws and company regulations.
- Training and Development: Support the coordination and implementation of training programs.
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor, ideally within the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Immediate availability and willingness to commit to the temporary role for the specified duration.
