The Role
We are looking for a talented Junior Sous Chef to support the delivery of a high-quality food offer within a busy corporate dining environment. This is a fast-paced operation where consistency, standards and teamwork are essential.

High-volume service with peak periods
Strong focus on fresh, high-quality food
Close collaboration between kitchen and front of house

What You’ll Be Doing
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes consistently
Maintain food standards, presentation and portion control
Support and guide junior team members
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards are met
Assist with stock control, ordering and waste management
Work closely with front of house to ensure smooth service

About You
Experience at Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef level
Strong understanding of fresh food and high-volume service
Organised and able to work under pressure
Good attention to detail and pride in presentation
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen standards
