I am working with a well-established firm based in the Richmond area who are looking for a Private Client Solicitor on a permanent basis.

About the firm:

They are a 100+ year old traditional law firm strongly focused on collaboration, quality of work, and client service. Their offices are located in Richmond, Surrey with a very solid client base, generally mid to older generation, high net worth individuals who expect a high-calibre service but are willing to pay for it. They have an excellent reputation in the area.

The teams are friendly, knowledgeable and used to offering a high level of service. Many of their staff have pursued career development opportunities with an achievable route to partnership for those who are motivated by this.

About the role:

The role is within a busy, friendly team working with HNW clients so experience of this is preferable.

Duties:

• Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters including:
• Divorce and financial settlements
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Children and cohabitation disputes
• Property issues involving unmarried couples
• Advising on Trusts, Wills, and the Administration of Estates
• Supporting the firm's growing private client services
• Collaborating with our friendly and professional legal team
• Contributing to strategic initiatives, client care, and service delivery

Working style:

Hybrid working (1 day from home, 2 days for senior candidates)
