Digital Veterinary Client Care Associate (Part-time)

Hello Vet
London

Please note this is a part-time, in-person role and not remote working

25 hours average per week,

Our Digital Client Care Assistants (Digi CCAs) are fundamental to the delivery of our digital triage service. They support new clients through their first steps with Hello Vet and assist with appointments, referrals, and product requests. They work closely with our clinical team and Digital Registered Veterinary Nurses to ensure an exceptional client experience and a high standard of patient care. You’ll be part of building a cutting-edge service that supports and enhances in-clinic veterinary care.

Hello Vet is built upon a simple principle; We believe that if we create the best place for our team to work, we’ll also create the best place for pets to receive care. We know the best care is delivered by happy, well-supported teams who are able to build personal, collaborative relationships with their clients. That’s why we allow clients to message our team any time, and even support their pets during procedures. We aim to restore the personal bonds that should underpin a client's relationship with their vet practice.

Our clinics are purpose-built to facilitate best-in-class care, catering for the needs of the veterinary team just as much as pets and owners. With a deep commitment to our people and technology-forward approach, we’re building the next generation of general practice veterinary care.

What you can expect at Hello Vet:

  • Work collaboratively with our Digital Registered Veterinary Nurses and in-clinic teams to support clients and patients at home, digitally

  • A bespoke technology platform built to reduce the time you spend on admin and allow seamless communication between the clients, the digital team and the clinic floor

  • A growth oriented organisation constantly evolving to build a better workplace for all

  • Thoughtful onboarding and training

  • A vibrant, supportive culture made up of people who are all here to change veterinary medicine for the better

What you’ll receive:

  • £13 / hour (4-5hr shifts) Mon-Sun

  • Equity within the business

  • Wellbeing support including paid lunch breaks, free lunch and snacks, Employee Assistance Programme (EPA) and mental health first aiders.

  • Free veterinary care for your pets and cost-price medications

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

  • Someone with a proven track record of offering exceptional client service within a veterinary environment

  • A people person who gets a real kick out of making someone's day

  • Experienced within the veterinary industry or a related pet care sector (e.g., grooming, pet retail, rescue, or similar)

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding service and communication across phone, WhatsApp, email, and etc

  • A great team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but also able to work independently

  • Confident handling sensitive conversations

We are so proud of our amazing team and the outstanding care we have already delivered. For us, treating pets and people better is not just about taking care of the animals and clients; it’s also about taking care of each other and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We believe in fostering a diverse, supportive environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and encouraged to grow and flourish, and this is achieved by looking out for one another and celebrating each other's successes.
