Adviser (Public Health)
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the department.
- Arrange meetings and events, taking follow up actions as required, and liaise with relevant stakeholders
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports and other documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data is managed securely.
- Support the implementation of departmental projects and initiatives.
- Handle correspondence and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
