We cater to many different types of hotel guests, so you’ll be tailoring your service style to delivering the perfect hospitality experience every time - whether that’s looking after a leisure guest, business traveller, VIP, or anything in between.

About The Ned:

The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.

The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned’s Club - a private members’ space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.

Reporting into the IRD leadership team and as the friendly face of the guest experience you will:

• Be the main point of contact for your guests’ entire visit, tailoring your service to deliver the exceptional experiences that The Ned is known for
• Using your unrivalled knowledge of our menus, you’ll answer all guests queries and provide recommendations to make sure every guest receives the perfect meal
• You’ll be visiting guests in their hotel rooms so you will always be impeccably presented, delivering a slick operation, all with a friendly and open energy
• Be the last guardian of food and drink quality and presentation, never letting anything lower than Ned standards reach our guests
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, protecting our guests and your teammates from any possible harm
• Day shifts vary between a 7am start and a late finish. Our team however, operates 24 hours and you may be required to work night shifts

• You’ll have a fantastic personality, engaging with our customers to give them an exceptional service
• Great all-round food and drinks knowledge is an advantage, but we can teach you everything you need to know about our menus
