Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEND, including Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language Needs and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health).
- Working both 1:1 and in small groups to help pupils access learning and build confidence.
- Collaborating with the class teacher, SENCO, and external specialists to implement individual support plans.
- Encouraging emotional regulation, positive behaviour, and inclusion across the school day.
- Helping to monitor progress and provide feedback on pupil development.
- A recent Psychology graduate (or related subject) with a genuine passion for education and inclusion.
- Interested in pursuing a career in educational psychology, teaching, therapy, or SEND.
- Patient, empathetic, and proactive - with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience supporting children (in school, tutoring, volunteering or similar) is desirable but not essential.
- A commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners.

- Ongoing training and guidance from experienced staff and SEND professionals.

- The competitive daily rate is £85 - £95 PAYE and is paid weekly.
