Executive assistant
Our client is a leading fintech company specialising in cash management solutions. We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to support their Executive Committee across offices in London and Cambridge.
You will work closely with leadership to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Provide calendar management, meeting coordination, and admin support for the Executive Committee
- Manage schedules, book travel, organise meetings
- Take accurate meeting minutes and track action items
- Handle ad-hoc projects and special requests from executives
- Coordinate office logistics, supplies, and upkeep
Requirements
- 3+ years experience supporting C-level executives
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Professional written and verbal communication abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with MS Office and office management systems
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, HR platforms a plus
