Motcombs is coming to Mayfair and is looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of our kitchen brigade, working alongside our talented chefs to bring the art of gastronomy to life. From food preparation to plating, you will have the chance to showcase your creativity and technical expertise in crafting delectable dishes. Your attention to detail and dedication to culinary excellence will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our esteemed guests.

• Prepare and cook dishes with precision, utilizing your culinary expertise and following our established recipes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, showcasing your culinary skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• A genuine passion for food, flavours, and creating extraordinary dining experiences.
• Good knowledge of various cooking techniques and a strong foundation in different cuisines.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to thrive in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and maintain a calm demeanour under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team.
