Legal Secretary – Private Client, 5+ Years’ Experience, London / Hybrid, £30,000 - £40,000 DOE. Opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a supportive and professional Private Client team in London. This role would suit a highly organised individual seeking a long term position where they can use their existing Private Client experience. The role also offers one day of hybrid working per week. OVERVIEW:The successful Legal Secretary will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to an experienced fee earner, taking responsibility for the day-to-day administration of the role. Duties will include diary management, handling incoming post, preparing correspondence, completing legal forms, opening and closing files, document production and providing proactive administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running of the department. You will be expected to work confidently with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of accuracy and organisation across all administrative tasks. Applications are welcomed from experienced Legal Secretaries with a minimum of 5 years' experience supporting Private Client Solicitors. You will have strong knowledge of Private Client work, excellent organisational and administrative skills and the confidence to manage your workload independently. The appointed candidate will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 DOE, one day of hybrid working per week and the opportunity to establish themselves within a supportive and professional firm. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
