The Work
- Develop and deliver engineering strategy
- Lead central engineering and continuous improvement activities
- Create a more integrated and coordinated engineering function
- Monitor and enhance infrastructure assets and operational systems
- Balance long-term strategic priorities with immediate operational demands
What You Need
- Proven engineering leadership experience
- Chartered or professionally qualified engineering credentials
- Strong electrical and/or multi-disciplinary engineering expertise
- Experience leading engineering in complex operational environments
- Track record of improving reliability and asset performance
- Significant OPEX and CAPEX responsibility
- Experience operating across matrix organisations and multiple stakeholder groups
Desirable
- Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing or related sectors
