Gym Manager

- Pay: £32,588 per annum (40 hours per week)
- Leave: 33 days annually (including bank holidays) plus an extra personal day

The Work
- Collaborate with the Gym Manager to deliver excellent member experiences and maintain high service standards
- Support new member joinings through outreach, events, and promotions
- Lead and develop a team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for fitness staff
- Manage and enhance the group exercise offering within the gym
