The Role
London Business School is a leader in Executive Education, dedicated to delivering outstanding learning experiences that meet the evolving needs of our clients. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Manager to join our team and drive the seamless delivery of custom programmes.
As a pivotal commercial project leader, the Senior Account Manager is responsible for translating client needs into exceptional learning experiences. This role combines rigorous project management, strong client partnership, and resilient delivery execution. You will lead from contract to completion, ensuring all stakeholder expectations are met while maintaining initiative, adaptability, and a relentless commitment to client satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of client programmes, from commercial handover through to post-programme review—delivering to time, budget, scope, and quality.
- Establish and maintain clear project governance, timelines, and resource planning, ensuring roles, deliverables, and milestones are well understood by all.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across project teams, including Programme Directors, Learning Designers, and commercial colleagues, among others.
- Build and manage project budgets with commercial insight, ensuring both profitability and quality are delivered.
- Serve as the day-to-day strategic partner and primary point of contact for clients, delivering high-quality service and building deep, trusted relationships.

At London Business School, we support Smart Working - a hybrid approach designed to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance while delivering the best outcomes for your role and the needs of our customers. All roles require a minimum of two days on campus each week to foster a vibrant, collaborative community.
For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus 2 days per week.
We operate with ‘core hours’ – 10:00-15:00 – to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time - a flexible, one-hour slot, within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work
