The Role:

As an Account Director at PeopleScout, you will lead one of our key RPO accounts, overseeing the successful delivery of recruitment services and acting as a trusted advisor to the client. You'll strengthen partnerships by enhancing service delivery, deepening trust, and driving innovation to improve processes, quality, and technology integration.

Working closely with the client's leadership team, you'll align PeopleScout's delivery with broader business and talent objectives, ensuring every solution is efficient, value-driven, and strategically aligned. You'll manage and drive the Strategic Account Plan, focusing on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and best practice adoption.

Collaborating with subject matter experts across RPO and Talent Advisory, you'll ensure optimal resource allocation and scalable, high-quality solutions. A forward-looking approach to capacity planning and performance improvement will be key to positioning PeopleScout as a long-term strategic partner.

Who We Are Looking For:

You'll bring a blend of strategic thinking and operational excellence, with a proven ability to deliver complex recruitment programmes, build lasting relationships and driving innovation within client partnerships. You should have a proven track record of leading RPO delivery in a complex, matrix environment and the ability to align operational processes with long-term business goals.

The ideal candidate will be a confident leader who thrives in a collaborative setting and can proactively identify operational challenges while providing actionable, insight-led solutions. A consultative sales approach will be essential, as will your ability to influence, engage, and build trust at all levels of client interaction. Your expertise in resource planning, capacity forecasting, and delivering strategic account plans will be crucial to your success in this role.

An understanding of assessment, high-volume and specialist workflows, and RPO project delivery will be highly valuable. Familiarity with the public sector is desirable, and eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance (BPSS or above) may be required for certain client engagements.
