Salary and Working Hours

• Base Salary: £38,625, with on-target earnings of up to £55,000 (including London Weighting Allowance, if applicable).
• Guaranteed Overtime: Option to increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Your Role

As a Mobile Mechanic in our Service, Maintenance, and Repair division, you’ll provide expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostics directly to customers, wherever they are. You’ll deliver first-class service without the constraints of a traditional garage, equipped with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit.

Qualifications

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
