Need installation of kitchen extractor hood over hob
I'm looking for a skilled handyman to install a new kitchen extractor hood above the stove. Location is a standard UK kitchen; wall or ceiling mounting may be required depending on the unit. The hood is a ducted model, but I’m open to guidance if it’s better to recirculate. I already have the hood and the necessary ducting, but I need help with securing the mounting bracket, ensuring proper clearance from the hob, connecting the duct, and testing for proper airflow and noise levels. Preference for a tidy job with minimal mess, and I’d appreciate any advice on electrical safety and compliance. Please confirm if you can bring the tools and provide a rough time estimate.
