Who We're Looking For:

We are in search of a Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist who embodies the following qualities:

• Previous experience as a host/hostess
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Charismatic and confident, capable of engaging in meaningful conversations with guests
• Outstanding team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Meticulous in presentation, attentive, and proactive in responding to the needs of both guests and colleagues
• Experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel environment is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the reception team to provide an exceptional experience for all guests, from arrival to departure and throughout their visit
• Ensure that all reservations are processed professionally and accurately
• Support and assist the management team in maximizing the dining experience and business optimization
• Be the face of SUMI, consistently delivering service excellence and elevated hospitality
