The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, commercially astute Transformation Manager to join our growing Operations & Transformation team at a key time not just for Gravita, but for the accounting industry as a whole. The profession is undergoing a significant transformation, as technology, data, and client expectations reshape how services are delivered. With increased automation, smarter platforms, and integrated workflows, this is a pivotal time to drive meaningful change as firms come together, digitise, and reimagine their operating models. This role sits at the heart of our own transformation journey, as we bring together multiple businesses. You'll play a key role in shaping the way we deliver services - leading the rollout, adoption, and continual improvement of best-in-class accounting technology platforms that enhance how we operate and how we support our clients.

You’ll be at the forefront of driving digital transformation across our core service lines such as Accounts, Audit, Outsourcing, and Tax embedding software such as Silverfin, Inflo, Caseware, Xero, and others that deliver real efficiency, insight, and client impact. You will likely be involved in any major project, for example the changing of a practice management system.

This isn’t just a systems role it’s a change role. You’ll be the bridge between client teams and our evolving tech ecosystem, ensuring that the solutions we implement don’t just function, but deliver real impact, making it easier for the team to use and creating more value for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives platforms, with a strong focus on adoption and benefit realisation. This would include the selection of software as well as the delivery and implementation of them.
  • Embed a culture of d igital-first service delivery , helping teams transform how they work, through better use of tools like Silverfin, Caseware, and other automation platforms.
  • Integration support - Help new companies which join the group adopt our systems and processes.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders across all teams, translating technical opportunities into tangible improvements.
  • Change Management - Support communication, training, and roll-out activities to help teams adapt to change.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with operational and client-facing teams to shape requirements and tailor software solutions.
  • Support user training, onboarding and knowledge sharing - building capability across the business so teams feel confident and empowered using new tools.
  • Monitor success through data, track KPIs, usage and adoption – driving tangible action off the insights
  • Industry Knowledge. Monitor the market for emerging technologies and contribute to the transformation roadmap.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Professional background in accountancy , ideally with a recognised qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience leading software implementation or digital transformation initiatives, ideally within the accountancy or professional services sector.
  • Understanding of the accountancy software market and its potential to transform delivery models.
  • Project management experience – scoping and delivering programmes
  • Confident managing change across multi-disciplinary teams, with excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery and comfortable managing detail while driving big-picture impact.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving, data, and process optimisation.
  • Can-do attitude and a practical, solution-focused mindset
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Our standard working week is a 37.5-hour week on a hybrid basis
  • Core working hours are 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday
