Marketing Manager - UK
Job Description
Just imagine bringing global marketing ideas to life for LEGO® Discovery Centres across the UK. Then make it real.
About the role
As our Marketing Manager, you'll bring global marketing direction to life across our UK LEGO® Discovery Centres. The global marketing team will provide strategy, recommendations and campaign toolkits. You'll use your local market knowledge to translate them into effective campaigns and activations for Birmingham and Manchester, working closely with on-site teams to make sure execution lands brilliantly.
Please note that relocation support is not available for this role. This role is based in London, UK, and you’ll spend three days a week working from our London office.
Required Qualifications
- Delivered local marketing campaigns using strategy, campaign frameworks or toolkits provided by the global marketing team.
- Led local marketing activations and on-site events, coordinating delivery with on-site teams.
- Coordinated agencies, local partners and site teams to deliver marketing activity and on-site activations.
- Used local market and campaign performance data to inform campaign execution and improve attendance or commercial results.
What you'll build
- Bring global campaigns and toolkits to life through relevant marketing activity for our Birmingham and Manchester LEGO Discovery Centres.
- Coordinate 4–5 on-site events each year, helping turn campaign ideas into engaging local activations.
- Work closely with colleagues at both locations to connect marketing activity with local opportunities and audiences.
- Use your UK market knowledge to shape how global recommendations are implemented locally.
- Connect global marketing colleagues, agencies and on-site teams to keep activity moving and execution consistent.
If you've worked in a hands-on marketing role where you've taken campaigns from plan through to local execution, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is taking ownership, connecting people and knowing how to turn marketing direction into activity that works for local audiences.
Life on the team
You'll join our Sales & Marketing team, working closely with the global team and colleagues across our LEGO Discovery Centres in Birmingham and Manchester. It's a varied role for someone who enjoys being close to execution and building productive relationships. You'll have the opportunity to spend time at our UK locations, working directly with the teams who bring these experiences to life.
What success looks like
You'll become an effective link between global marketing direction and local execution across our UK LEGO Discovery Centres. You'll establish connected ways of working with our Birmingham and Manchester teams, global colleagues and agencies, ensuring campaigns and activations are locally relevant and consistently delivered.
