FP&A Senior Analyst
Member of the Local sub-segment FP&A team, reporting to the FP&A Manager for the two Europe Divisions - WE&I (Western Europe & Israel) and Northern Europe. Providing FP&A support including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, delivery of month end reports, and value-add insight and analysis into the performance of the business from a P&L, Cashflow and Balance sheet perspective. Key Stakeholders will be the Local FP&A Director, the GWS segment FP&A team and the WE&I and Northern Europe Division FD's.
This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
What You'll Do Support the Europe FP&A Manager on all commentary and analysis, including quarter-end Corporate deliverables, bridges, forecast and budget submissions; produce high quality, insightful and fully-supported commentary from pre-close flash through to Corporate submissions; deliver on time and manage stakeholder expectations as and when necessary.
Build strong and effective relationships with the WE&I and Northern Europe Division FD's, the Country FD's and the business finance community as well as with the wider Local FP&A team, US/Corporate and GWS FP&A teams.
Support the business finance teams in the Europe Divisions with regards to effectively using the forecasting and budgeting tools in CBRE (eg TM1, PBI) to drive the required outputs.
Act as business partner to the WE&I and Northern Europe Division FD's, proactively supporting to challenge the business through insightful and accurate analysis, presented at the appropriate level of detail.
Help to drive continuous improvement initiatives in reporting, planning and analysis; proactively drive the adoption of Power BI and other CBRE platform tools to improve efficiency and free resource to focus on value-add activities.
Help to drive change and introduce reporting where there are known gaps, for example working capital and cash flow.
What You'll Need At least 2-3 years PQE
Demonstrable experience of business partnering
Experience of working in an FP&A role in a complex multi-national
Proven track record of reporting with TM1/ PeopleSoft / Power BI or similar tools
Proven experience of analysing large data sets, identifying key trends and communicating findings to senior management in a concise and understandable manner
Proven experience of applying appropriate challenge to business forecasts and budgets using typical FP&A skills and techniques
Strong Excel skills required ("VLOOKUP's", "sumifs", pivot tables)
