At JoJo we’re on the lookout for a B2B Assistant Merchandiser
You will be a part of our talented B2B partnerships team, delivering a commercially strong range across all Partners. You will juggle a fast-paced and changing workload, supporting across trading and reporting. You will also be integral to the training & development of the team’s Merchandising Admin Assistant.
A peek into your daily adventures
Planning & Trading
- Work with the team to ensure effective planning of intake and distribution.
- Assist in Partner seasonal range planning, utilising in season lessons learnt
- Work closely with the Supply Chain team to plan and execute weekly stock picks
- Continually identify trading risks/ opportunities to maintain flexibility and optimise performance.
- Oversee management of prices for both current season and markdown periods.
- Ensure seasonal management of Zalando ranges, working closely with NEXT TP teams to ensure full availability of in season styles.
- Liaising with the B2C teams / key business partners to manage stock levels and capacity
Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse sales patterns and trends, making recommendations for actions needed.
- Produce weekly trading packs, measuring trade against key KPIs
- Provide information for key trading meetings including departmental sign off reviews.
- Provide regular analysis on stock levels, sales performance and purchasing, and communicating findings clearly and appropriately
Other
- Responding to Partner queries promptly and professionally, taking note of wider issues and taking actions as necessary
- Attend store visits & conduct Online comp shops, providing useful information and recommendations, and feedback with actions required.
- Deputise for Junior Merchandiser where appropriate
- Work independently using commercial knowledge and past experience to make decisions
Skills that make you shine:
- Proven experience working as an Assistant Merchandiser or Merchandising Administrative Assistant
- Proven numerate and analytical skills plus excellent verbal and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience of working with large volumes of data
- Be an efficient and reliable team member who can be responsible for their own workload
- Build positive relationships within your own team and between other functions, and be able to influence others
- An ability to multitask and effectively prioritise workload
