Account Manager

Job Description:

Location: Harlow or Heathrow
Salary: £40,000.00 – £50,000.00 per year + Bonus + Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are a leading recruitment agency specialising in the supply of professional HGV Drivers across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with existing client accounts.
• Ensure all client staffing requirements are fulfilled efficiently and professionally.
• Liaise with HGV Drivers to coordinate bookings, availability, and placements.
• Conduct regular client visits and service reviews.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and increase revenue.
• Handle day-to-day operational issues and provide effective solutions.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure high levels of service delivery.
• Monitor compliance, driver performance, and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in recruitment, transport, logistics, or account management.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
