Community Mental Health Occupational Therapist

JustOT are looking to recruit a band 6 Community Mental Health Occupational Therapist for a locum position with our client in London.

The pay for this position is £22-£26 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.

Successful candidates must hold a degree in occupational therapy and be HCPC registered.

Job Description:
Experience of working in mental health teams in the community
EPJS/SLAM system knowledge
- Conduct assessments of newly referred adults to the Early Intervention Service who are experiencing FEP / Provide evidence-based psychosocial interventions and focus on engagement, recovery and social inclusion as well as addressing physical health care needs / successful candidate will be experienced registered professional who is able to demonstrate a specific interest in working with people with developing psychosis.
- The post holder will deliver, or advise on the delivery of high quality safe care, ensuring consistently high standards of practice, and clinical excellence which comply with their registered professional body / As a community practitioner, you will promote and develop a clinical leadership and clinical practice and be a positive role model to junior members of the team through evidence-based care / To support professional development through clinical appraisal and supervision
