Acting as a key point of contact with the Central Bank of Ireland and the Board, you’ll provide independent oversight, challenge, and strategic guidance to support strong governance, protect clients, and enable sustainable growth across Europe.

About the role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading regulatory engagement, including inspections and responses to queries

This role carries significant accountability and requires a strong presence in Ireland, ensuring effective oversight and engagement at Board and regulator level.

About you

You are a senior compliance leader with expertise in asset management or a similarly regulated financial services environment. You bring strong regulatory knowledge, credibility with senior stakeholders, and experience operating within a framework of personal accountability.

You will likely bring:

  • Experience in regulatory compliance within asset management, funds, or financial services

  • Proven experience leading a compliance function and engaging with regulators such as the Central Bank of Ireland
  • Demonstrated experience in AML/CTF and financial crime oversight
  • Experience managing regulatory inspections, reporting, and governance at Board level
  • The capability and credibility to perform PCF roles (subject to regulatory approval)

You’ll also be:

  • A strong communicator, able to influence and challenge at senior level
  • Highly organised, with excellent judgement and attention to detail
  • Relationship-driven, with the ability to build trust across stakeholders
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high standards of governance and customer outcomes
