Private Client Tax Manager

The team advises a diverse and sophisticated client base, including high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, international families, entrepreneurs, and senior professionals. Their affairs often involve complex tax considerations such as residence and domicile, UK and offshore trusts, property ownership across jurisdictions, and entrepreneurs.

Role overview
The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to deliver high-quality compliance and advisory services. You will assume responsibility for your own workload, contribute to the management of a client portfolio, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Key responsibilities

⦁ Managing a portfolio of private clients and delivering both compliance and consultancy services
⦁ Reviewing Self Assessment and CGT returns
⦁ Responding to client queries and liaising with internal stakeholders
⦁ Supporting advisory projects for example trust and estate planning, international tax, pension strategies, and profit extraction
⦁ Monitoring work-in-progress and billing to ensure commercial efficiency
⦁ Ensuring adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements
⦁ Participating in business development activities, including attending prospective client meetings
⦁ Providing training and mentorship to junior staff and contributing to their professional development
