UK Global Mobility Tax Senior Manager

I'm delighted to have been instructed on this newly created role at a forward-thinking firm with ambitious growth plans. A significant part of the role will be to focus on global mobility tax work however you will also be expected to support on UK employment tax issues as needed too.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in both areas, but those with a global mobility background looking to broaden into UK employment tax will be fully supported by the exisiting, experienced Director.Why Join?

The Role
As a Senior Manager in Employment Taxes, you'll:
- Lead complex advisory and compliance projects across UK Employment Taxes and Global Mobility.
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients on matters including NMW, CIS, and cross-border tax issues.
- Oversee due diligence for corporate transactions and provide technical oversight on employment tax compliance.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the strategic growth of the service line.
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to business development initiatives.
To succeed, you will need:
- 10+ years in UK Employment Taxes and/or Global Mobility (practice or industry).
- Strong technical expertise across UK employment tax compliance and advisory.
- Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and lead project delivery.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial awareness.
- CTA qualified or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
