We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Field Care Supervisor to work in our service based in Ealing! This is a great opportunity for an individual looking for career development, stability, and to develop in a professional context in this fast-growing care sector.

Job Responsibility:

• Setting up new packages of care for vulnerable people living in their own home
• Completing risk assessments and person-centred care plan
• Routinely reviewing existing packages of care
• Spot checking care workers out in their field
• Undertaking supervision observations
• Building relationships with social workers, health professionals, people receiving care and their families/friends
• Assisting the Care Coordinator as and when necessary

• Assisting the Registered Manager as and when necessary
• Ensuring Care Workers provide the quality of care that meets the standards determined by the company.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Effectively and confidentially managing data and information.
• Accurately maintaining records.

• Experience in Field Care Supervisor preferred, but not essential.

• Salary range 25,400.00
• Full-time 40 hours per weel
• Additional payment for Out of Hours cove
