**This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract**

The Fuse team works across Amazon to bring services including Prime and Prime Video to customers through relationships with mobile operators, media distribution companies and other segments worldwide. We help our partners leverage Amazon’s services to drive differentiated offerings and streamlined access for their customers.

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to streamline our 3P partner marketing workflows for the EMEA region.

This role will be instrumental in standardizing our marketing operations’ processes, and creating scalable solutions for the diverse EMEA region while working with world wide Marketing operations manager to drive consistency in processes and automations. This role will be responsible for productivity and efficiency goals, driving scalable improvements across the partner marketing lifecycle, and developing new solutions for key programs like AI integration.

This is a highly cross-functional role where you will have to partner with and influence regional and global stakeholder groups across growth, marketing, content operations teams within Fuse, Prime and Prime Video. This role will be crucial in creating repeatable, scalable programs that empower internal marketing teams to execute effective campaigns through our marketing technology stack.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a thirst for understanding pain points in workflows and will know how to translate business needs into scalable processes while providing requirements for automation. They will know how to design and implement scalable workflows, create standardized processes for cross-functional collaboration, and develop comprehensive programs that lead to complete marketing automation.

To be successful you’ll need to be a strong communicator who can earn trust with key stakeholders across multiple teams and locales. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and complex challenges, and are willing to work autonomously, handling multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritizing accordingly to contribute to ambitious growth plans. You should also be able to influence without direct authority and excel in operational execution with strong problem-solving skills.

Key job responsibilities

  • Design and implement marketing operations strategies specific to EMEA markets, ensuring alignment with global marketing objectives and local market needs
  • Develop and maintain marketing operational frameworks that support campaign execution, marketing automation, and performance measurement across EMEA
  • Create and maintain work-back schedules, project timelines, and key milestones for regional marketing initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization within EMEA operations and lead the operational aspects of marketing technology stack implementation for the region
  • Drive marketing data governance and reporting standards for the region
  • Partner with global teams to ensure proper localization and adaptation of marketing initiatives for EMEA markets
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness across the region

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
  • Experience in marketing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • MBA
