• Process sophisticated technical transactions, primarily related to monthly bordereau for Binding Authorities.
• Resolve pre-processing queries raised by our offshore team strictly within 48 hours of receipt.
• Maintain relationships with our Accounting and Credit Control Team to ensure premium reconciliation and collection.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required.

• Extensive experience in bordereau processing.
• Excellent technical insurance knowledge and a detailed understanding of the industry and its regulators.
• Full understanding of end-to-end process models, including SLAs and TATs.
• Proven experience working with the Bureau (DXC) in accounting and settlement protocols.
• Solid knowledge of Facultative business, Proportional Treaties, Line Slips, and Binding Authorities.
• Strong understanding of Market Reform Contracts (MRC).
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
