Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive Facilities Manager to join a primary SEN school in Richmond on an ASAP basis. This is a full-time position, ideal for an experienced Facilities Manager who is passionate about creating safe, well-maintained environments that support pupils with additional needs.
The successful Facilities Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school’s facilities, including site maintenance, health and safety compliance, contractor coordination, and security. Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the school environment is safe, accessible, and fully supportive of both pupils and staff.
This role would suit a Facilities Manager who is organised, hands-on, and confident working within a SEN setting, with a strong understanding of how calm, structured, and secure environments support young learners.

Experience and Qualifications
