Our mission? To switch up the status quo and become the UK’s leading out-of-home business. With a fast-growing network of thousands of smart lockers, hundreds of leading retail partners and the launch of our transformative Send service, we’re bringing freedom to anyone with a parcel.

We are looking for a detail orientated account coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support within the account management function. You’ll work closely with the account managers to help maintain excellent client relationships and keep things moving behind the scene.
This is an exciting time to join InPost’s UK Network team; as the business is rapidly growing, there is greater emphasis on managing our existing partnerships to drive utilisation and expansion.
What you’ll be doing:

- Identifying new site and extension opportunities within existing accounts through data cleansing
What we need from you:
We’re looking for people who are ready for a fast paced environment, get their kicks out of problem solving and can balance getting today's stuff done, whilst building for the future. We’re looking for people with drive and natural curiosity – who want to do things differently. And do them brilliantly.
We’d be particularly excited to hear from you if:
- You are a natural collaborator- a great teammate, accountable with excellent communication skills.
- Strong excel skills – confident with formulas, formatting and data organisation
- You have a go-getter attitude - agile and responsive with the ability to prioritise
- You are highly organised with excellent time management skills, and naturally look for new ways to continuously drive efficiencies.
