A successful secondary school in Redbridge is looking to recruit an Admissions Officer to support its busy school office. The school is committed to providing a welcoming experience for families and maintaining an efficient admissions process from initial enquiries through to pupil enrolment.
The Role
The Admissions Officer will manage administrative tasks relating to pupil admissions, applications and transfers. Duties will include responding to parent enquiries, processing application paperwork, maintaining admissions records, arranging meetings and ensuring that all relevant documentation is received and recorded. You will also liaise with families, local authorities and internal school departments to ensure admissions procedures are followed accurately.
Requirements
The school is looking for someone with previous administrative or customer-facing experience, ideally within an education setting. Excellent communication skills, strong organisation and the ability to handle confidential information are essential. Candidates should be confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable managing a busy workload.
