Senior Surveyor Quantity

Join us as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in London and manage the financial and contractual aspects of a major project, including large electrical and civil works. You'll support successful P&L, cash flow, and working capital management, reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager.

Your responsibilities:

• Contract Management: Handle multiple contracts under NEC3/4, JCT, and bespoke agreements.
• Valuation and Measurement: Value works for applications, variations, and final accounts.
• Risk Management: Identify and notify Early Warnings and Compensation Events.
• Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage CVRs.
• Project Reviews and Meetings: Chair monthly project reviews and attend client progress meetings.
• Invoice Management: Manage invoicing, debt recovery, and dispute resolution.
• Supply Chain Management: Ensure contracts across the supply chain are fit for purpose and drive continuous improvement.
• Team Support: Contribute to the development of the wider commercial team.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or similar role.
• Expertise in NEC3/4 contracts and practical application.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (or HNC with relevant experience).
• Advanced MS Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables).
• Civil engineering and construction experience (desirable).
