Director - Leveraged Loan & High Yield Bond Sales, Global Bank

Step into a senior front-office role at the centre of European credit markets.

We’re looking for an experienced leveraged finance salesperson to drive the distribution of Leveraged Loans and High Yield bonds across primary and secondary markets. This is a high-impact position working closely with trading, syndicate and origination teams to connect institutional investors with compelling credit opportunities.

You’ll be responsible for building and deepening relationships with major institutional investors, leading key discussions around transactions and market opportunities, and ensuring successful execution of deals from launch through allocation.

What you’ll do

• Lead the distribution of Leveraged Loans and High Yield bonds to institutional investors across primary and secondary markets.

• Drive investor engagement on new issues, working closely with trading, syndicate and origination teams to ensure successful execution.

• Develop deep relationships with key institutional clients, understanding their strategies, risk appetite and investment needs.

• Originate trading opportunities and identify cross-selling potential across the wider credit platform.

• Provide real-time feedback on investor demand, pricing and market sentiment to internal stakeholders.

• Represent the firm in high-level investor meetings and industry discussions.
