The Opportunity:
Are you passionate about working on a global scale? Want to help businesses and individuals navigate international tax and mobility challenges? Join our UK&I Global Mobility team as an Senior Tax Advisor and be part of something big.
You’ll work with a dynamic team, advising clients on international assignments, short-term business travel, and cross-border remote work. You’ll gain hands-on experience with specialists in personal tax, employment tax, immigration, and reward services—building the skills you need to become a future leader in global mobility.
What You’ll Do:
- Managing financial performance and billing.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expertise on tax advisory and global mobility matters.
- Leading on briefings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global network on complex queries.
- Manage key projects, ensuring tax technical excellence and practical business-driven solutions.
- Keep clients updated on key legislative changes and their business impact.
- Help win new work by strengthening relationships with existing clients and seeking new opportunities.
- Support and mentor junior team members, and knowlege sharing within the team.
- Drive innovation by leveraging new technologies and staying ahead of regulatory changes.
About You:

- Experience in expatriate tax advisory.
- Excellent tax technical knowlege.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication—both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- ATT/ACA/CA/ACCA or CTA qulification is required.
