Your key responsibilities

At Brown's Hotel London, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service and quality in everything we do. As part of our continued growth and commitment to operational excellence, we're looking for a dedicated and highly organised Head Store Person to lead and manage our storeroom operations.

As our Head Store Person, you’ll take full responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of our storeroom. From managing stock levels and deliveries to maintaining cleanliness and organisation, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our team always has the equipment, ingredients, and materials needed to deliver top-tier service.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Supervise and support the Goods Receiver
• Receive and check all deliveries for quality, quantity, and temperature
• Record deliveries accurately using Procure Wizard
• Keep storerooms clean, safe, and well-organised
• Track stock levels, movements, and discrepancies
• Assist with stock takes and order placements
• Follow up on partial deliveries and supplier issues
• Ensure timely distribution of goods to relevant departments
• Support the Purchasing Manager with quotes and procurement tasks
• Log and deliver guest parcels to the appropriate areas

Who we are looking for

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Goods Receivers who are passionate about maintaining high standards and ensuring our guests’ comfort. We are looking for individuals who bring:

• Previous experience in stores or stock management (hotel or hospitality preferred)
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using inventory or purchasing systems (e.g., Procure Wizard)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit and able to handle stock manually
• Reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused
