Ecommerce Senior Executive

As Ecommerce Senior Executive, you will report directly to the Head of Digital and play a key role in managing the daily operations of the UK and US Shopify websites. You will support key growth initiatives across ecommerce, email marketing, merchandising, and performance analysis, helping drive brand visibility and commercial performance in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the UK and US Shopify websites, including product uploads, merchandising, and CRO improvements.
• Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to align stock availability and support new product launches.
• Lead execution of email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, generating ideas and aligning with brand campaigns.
• Brief digital assets across all digital channels to the internal creative team.
• Plan and execute promotional strategies to drive conversion and engagement.
• Liaise with external agencies across paid media and affiliates to ensure alignment and timely deliverables.
• Act as the main contact for the customer service agency to ensure timely, brand-aligned responses and feedback.
• Analyse weekly reports and highlight key insights related to product performance, customer behaviour, and digital channel performance.
• Coordinate with external developers to implement site improvements and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Support execution across emerging digital platforms including TikTok Shop and retailer.com sites.
  
  

Experience Requirements

• Experience in ecommerce or digital marketing, preferably within beauty or consumer goods
• Proficient in Shopify and Klaviyo (or similar platforms)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with both creative and analytical work
• Clear communicator and team collaborator
• Positive attitude and a proactive mindset
• Passionate about digital innovation and the beauty industry
