What you will do:

* Conduct mental health and social care assessments using structured interventions.
* Complete Care Act assessments, Safeguarding Adult S42.2 enquiries, and Mental Capacity Assessments.
* Prepare Social Circumstances Tribunal reports while navigating relevant legal frameworks such as the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, Human Rights Act, and the Mental Health Act.
* Manage a complex caseload, performing statutory duties within the mental health social work team.
* Supervise and support junior staff, rotating supervisory duties including overseeing Duty.
* Collaborate with the Social Work Manager to deliver high-quality mental health services to the community.
